Are you struggling with diets and give in to eating junk? It is so easy to sneak in a little treat here and there and forget about it. Try this:

Make a food diary for at least 5 days and include everything that goes into your mouth - including drinks. You may have to keep a little note book in your pocket as you need to write down what you eat as you eat it. It is very easy to forget what you eat otherwise.

When you have a food diary of at least 5 days you can easily start to see how you are eating. Maybe it isn't so bad, maybe you just focus more on when you eat junk to when you eat healthy foods.
